High School Leadership Workshops are designed to educate student leaders, faculty and sponsors about the importance of blood donation. Each summer, student leaders from across the CBCO service area come together to engage in fun activities designed to teach the basics of hosting a blood drive and how to rev up your collections. You’ll interact with students from across the Ozarks, brainstorming new ideas and having a lot of fun.

Sponsoring a CBCO blood drive at your school will help to save the lives of hospital patients all across the Ozarks. When you conduct a drive, you’ll learn leadership skills, organizational skills, communication skills, and provide worthwhile community service. Most of all, you’ll learn the value of a blood donation – a resource that can be provided only by volunteer donors, willing to make a difference in the lives of others.

High School Leadership Workshops take place in early September, at various locations across the Ozarks. Call 1-800-280-5337 for more information, or click the “Application” link on this page.
