With less than an hour of your time, you can save someone’s life. In fact, when you donate blood, you can save the lives of as many as three people in the Ozarks. This is because the blood you donate is separated into components–red blood cells, platelets and plasma.

You can help people who are undergoing surgery, recovering from accidents, living with a blood disorder or battling cancer. There is no substitute for human blood; the only source for this life giving substance is healthy volunteers like you who care enough to make a difference.
