RESPONSIBLE FOR EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP OF DONOR RECRUITMENT, MARKETING, AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) DEPARTMENTS. ENSURES COMPLIANCE WITH ALL REGULATORY STANDARDS. COORDINATES RECRUITMENT AND COLLECTION ACTIVITIES TO PRODUCE BALANCED COLLECTIONS. MANAGES PRODUCTION PLANNING THROUGH COORDINATION WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS. THE SENIOR DIRECTOR SHALL ADMINISTER THE DEPARTMENTS IN SUCH A MANNER AS TO CREATE A POSITIVE WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITH ALL CUSTOMERS. ENSURE THAT HIGH STANDARDS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE MAINTAINED AT ALL TIMES WITH ALL CUSTOMERS.
Must be able to effectively interact with all types of people and have experience in public speaking.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Bachelor of Science degree in communications, marketing or business is preferred.
Managerial and blood collection or recruitment experience preferred. Prior experience in sales, marketing or IT management preferred.
Able to stand continuously for a minimum of two hours.
Able to lift 15-25 pounds.
Must have hand and finger dexterity.
Must be able to communicate articulately.
