Bikers for Blood Drive rescheduled for Dec. 21
Arkansas area bikers invited to give blood in support of local patients
After a weather related postponement earlier in the month, CBCO is teaming up again with Pig Trail Harley-Davidson for the 7th annual Bikers for Blood Drive. The drive has been rescheduled and will be held on Saturday, December 21 from 9 am to 5 pm at Pig Trail’s Rogers showroom, just east of I-540 on Highway 62.
Each participant in the Bikers for Blood Drive will receive a custom black t-shirt with event logo. Free food, including hot dogs and chips, will be available at the drive. Participants will also automatically be entered to win a $100.00 Pig Trail gift card.
Over the past Bikers for Blood events, more than 500 people have donated. “This has been a really popular event,” CBCO Donor Recruiter Duce Foreman said. “The blood provided during this drive will really help us navigate our way through the holidays, when the supply of blood often becomes an issue. You don’t have to be a biker to give at this event. You just have to want to save local lives.”
The 7th annual Bikers for Blood Drive is sponsored by Fayetteville classic rock station 93.3 The Eagle.
