Community Blood Center of the Ozarks is partnering with four area attractions to help boost the region’s blood supply this spring!
Anyone who donates blood, plasma or platelets to CBCO between March 1st and April 30th, 2025, will receive CBCO’s “Adventure Is Calling” T-shirt and an OZARKS ADVENTURE PASS worth over $180 in vouchers redeemable for the following admission offers at our partner attractions (while supplies last). The Discovery Center of Springfield
The Discovery Center is a nonprofit science center with a mission to inspire curiosity and a life-long love of learning through memorable and engaging hands-on experiences in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
Guests can build with life-size Minecraft blocks, ride a bike across a two-story high tightrope, play in the indoor, interactive digital playground and experience over 200 hands-on exhibits sure to inspire guests of all ages.
The Scott Family Amazeum
For the young and the young at heart, experience Northwest Arkansas’ hub for hands-on fun, creativity and discovery — The Scott Family Amazeum!
The Amazeum features approximately 50,000 square feet of exhibit and learning spaces inside the museum to bring learning to life and enhance family involvement, while evoking a sense of curiosity and discovery through hands-on activities.
Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge
Come experience and learn about the amazing exotic animals at TCWR! As a living museum, this sanctuary prioritizes educating the public on wildlife conservation and how we can preserve and protect these magnificent predators in the wild. Your admission includes access to wander the educational discovery area and a 45-60 minute guided tram tour.
Ripley’s Believe It or Not!
Since 1918, we’ve been curating curiosity, beginning with stories to fill newspaper cartoons and books, and evolving to an exhibit collection of over 30,000 unique pieces featured at Ripley’s Believe It or Not! attractions and a living collection of marine and terrestrial animals at Ripley’s Aquariums.
Through these experiences and stories, we strive to curate a sense of wonder for the weird world around us. So, step inside — explore our story and what makes Ripley’s just as unique as the artifacts, animals, and amazing stories we celebrate!
All of these attractions are located in communities served by Community Blood Center of the Ozarks, the exclusive provider of blood, plasma and platelets to over 40 hospitals in southwest Missouri, northwest Arkansas and southeast Kansas. It takes about 200 donations a day for CBCO to meet the needs of our local hospitals, and one donation can help as many as three people right here in our communities!

Donors who enroll in our LifePoints donor rewards program can earn points every time they donate. When you’re ready to redeem your LifePoints, donate them to one of our LifePoints Lift partners. We’ll convert your gift to cash and present it to your chosen nonprofit, so they can continue their important work in the Ozarks!

Give blood, plasma or platelets during a nonprofit’s month, then donate ANY AMOUNT of LifePoints to that same organization by the fifth day of the following month!
