CBCO Hall of Fame

Hall of FameThumbnailCommunity Blood Center of the Ozarks (CBCO), the area’s not-for-profit blood supplier, is proud to recognize the most dedicated blood and platelet donors through the CBCO Hall of Fame.  A person may be selected to the Hall of Fame once they have surpassed the twenty gallon donation mark*.  Other honorees represent their service to the organization as a volunteer, board member or benefactor.

“Blood donors that commit themselves to a lifetime of giving know that they are responsible for affecting thousands of lives,” CBCO Executive Director Anthony Roberts said.  “They give with no expectation of recognition, but they certainly deserve to be recognized.  I congratulate these outstanding advocates for the blood program here in the Ozarks.”

It takes more than 200 donations each day to meet patient needs at thirty-nine area hospitals that rely solely on products from CBCO donors.

* Hall of Fame membership requires at least 15 donations with Community Blood Center of the Ozarks.
