Thank your for confirming your attendance to the 2024 CBCO Donation Celebration! We are excited to celebrate you and your generous lifesaving gifts which have helped thousands of local patients in our communities. Since our 2024 event is in a new venue, we wanted to share some additional information to make your travels to and from the event as stress-free as possible. For your convenience, we’ve provided a map of the facility and parking. There are several entrances that will all get you to the Grand Ballroom. Please see the parking map and suggestions to help with ease of exiting after the event.
Did you achieve a 50 or 100 donation milestone in 2023? (Indicated on the back of your invitation)
- Please pick up your milestone pin at the “Guest Information” table upon arrival.
Per your RSVP, do you or someone in your party have special dietary needs?
- If you noted a dietary need on your RSVP for yourself or anyone in your party, please stop by the “Guest Information” table upon arrival.
How to get to the Oasis?

Where should I park and how do I get to the Grand Ballroom?
- Parking attendants will be providing directional assistance.
- See below for a map of the parking and the nearest entrances that will take you to the Grand Ballroom.
- Guests may be dropped off or picked up by using the circle drive located on the north side of the building.

What is the best way to exit after the event?
- Please be patient. There may be some congestion.
- There is a gate on the south side of the parking lot that will be opened after the event to help with exiting.
- You may also exit the same way that you came in.
Other important information:
- A cash bar will be available for our guests to enjoy.
- Restrooms are located just outside of the Grand Ballroom to the left and right.
We will have a “Selfie Station” if guests would like to take pictures to commemorate their attendance at this uplifting event. We encourage everyone to snap some fun photos and share on social media to help spread the message about the importance of blood donation. Don’t forget to tag us on social media @ozarksblood .
