Distribution Service Rep – NW Arkansas

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Training schedule will be Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM (Training in Springfield for one week).

Required to work holidays and on-call rotations required.

Must be available to travel to the Thomson Center (Springfield, MO) for one week of training.

Job Summary:  

RECEIVE INCOMING CALLS AND PROCESS ORDERS TO SUPPLY HOSPITALS WITH BLOOD PRODUCTS IN A TIMELY MANNER. MONITOR INVENTORY IN CENTER AND AT HOSPITAL LOCATIONS TO ASSURE APPROPRIATE USE OF BLOOD PRODUCTS.  RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKING ORDERS, STOCKING INVENTORY, DEPARTMENT PAPERWORK, EQUIPMENT RECORDS AND DELIVERY TO HOSPITALS.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.

Job Specifications:

High school graduate or equivalent. Some secondary education preferred.

Must have good driving record, must be insurable by our auto insurance carrier, and live within approximately 15 minutes of Springdale Center.

Must have a valid driver’s license.

Computer skills required.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and phone skills.

Confident and able to make decisions based on available facts.

Legible handwriting.
