This position requires living within 15 driving minutes of the Springfield center at 220 W. Plainview Rd.
Either 12:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. or 2:45-10:45 P.M., Monday through Friday with rotating weekends. Holidays and on-call required. Must be available from 7:00 A.M – 3:00 P.M. for training and to cover day shifts as needed.

RECEIVE INCOMING CALLS AND PROCESS ORDERS TO SUPPLY HOSPITALS WITH BLOOD PRODUCTS IN A TIMELY MANNER. MONITOR INVENTORY IN CENTER AND AT HOSPITAL LOCATIONS TO ASSURE APPROPRIATE USE OF BLOOD PRODUCTS. RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKING ORDERS, STOCKING INVENTORY, DEPARTMENT PAPERWORK, EQUIPMENT RECORDS AND DELIVERY TO HOSPITALS.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up 50 pounds.
High school graduate or equivalent. Some college education or managerial experience preferred.
Must have valid Class E driver’s license (must be obtained prior to first day), good driving record, must be insurable by our auto insurance carrier, and live within approximately 15 minutes of Thomson Center.
Computer skills required.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and phone skills.
Confident and able to make decisions based on available facts.
