Perform donor selection and blood collection activities under the supervision of an on-site collections supervisor at fixed sites and mobile drives. All functions are performed in a manner that ensures maintenance of the donor’s well-being and the quality of the blood product while adhering to federal, state and local regulatory guidelines
Able to stand continuously for a minimum of six hours.
Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
Hand and finger dexterity.
Visual and auditory acuity.
Graduate of an approved LPN school or 2-year CMA program or experience as CMA, RMA, or phlebotomist preferred but not required.
Must maintain a professional, pleasant, and neat appearance.
Ability to relate well with all types of people
