DEVELOPS RECRUITMENT STRATEGIES AND CULTIVATES THE DONOR POOL FOR CBCO DONOR CENTERS. OVERSEES PROMOTIONS SCHEDULE FOR DONOR CENTERS TO ENSURE PRODUCTIVITY IN THE CENTERS. SEEKS SPONSORSHIP FROM THE COMMUNITY FOR EACH CENTER EVENT.
Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of marketing/donor recruitment experience preferred.
Must have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience in email marketing and design preferred.
Experience in HTML educating and email best practices.
Must have the ability to think strategically about promoting the mission and its issues.
Must have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities and projects.
Must have excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
Must have demonstrated ability and willingness to take initiative and work both independently and as a team player.
Knowledge of blood banking and previous non-profit, health-related experience preferred.
Must have a valid drivers’ license and clean driving record.
Must be able to see and read from a computer screen.
Must have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely via telephone and in person.
Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs.
