Manager, Donor Room Services Training

Full-time position.

THIS POSITION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DEVELOPING, MAINTAINING, AND TRACKING DRS TRAINING AND FOR COMPLIANCE OF ALL CONTROLLED DRS TRAINING DOCUMENTS.  RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERSEEING ALL ASPECTS OF THE TRAINING DEPARTMENT AND ASSISTS EDUCATION COORDINATORS AS NEEDED.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Nursing or bachelor’s degree and minimum of two (2) years blood banking experience required.

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Must have the ability to perform professionally and provide excellent customer service.

Must have the ability to respect confidentiality of CBCO information.

Must be able to comply with a flexible schedule.

Must be able to meet all the essential job duties of an Education Coordinator.

Must be able to lead others in a respectful and professional manner.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:  

Must have good visual and auditory acuity.

Must have hand and finger dexterity.
