March 2020 at CBCO

Welcome to March, Lifesavers! We’d love to share what’s going on at CBCO this month and hope you’ll be part of it.

OUR LIFEPOINTS LIFT PARTNER AGENCY

Northwest Arkansas Food Bank is our LifePoints Lift partner agency this month. When you donate with CBCO and receive LifePoints rewards, you may use them yourself to receive great gift cards, or you may donate them to one of 10 partner agencies, to help them work toward their missions to make our communities even stronger. Learn more at https://www.cbco.org/event/nwafoodbank-2/

THIS MONTH’S DONOR GIFT

All month! Get a little retro with this fun T-shirt for donors at our four centers and mobile blood drives.* Receive this snazzy blue “On Repeat” T-shirt featuring the image of a cassette tape, sure to bring back memories for many of you. Who hasn’t ever put together (or received) a mix tape? This shirt is available while supplies last.

* Blood drives that receive a different gift will see that gift on their blood drive posters rather than the “On Repeat” T-shirt.

AARON PEARSON BLOOD DRIVE

Friday, March 20, 2020 — A blood drive in honor of Aaron Pearson will be held once again at CBCO’s Springfield center. Officer Pearson was shot in the line of duty with the Springfield Police Department and miraculously survived. During treatment, he needed 20 units of blood. That blood came from CBCO donors. Read his story at https://www.cbco.org/police-officer-20-units/
