Job Description: Fills donor recruitment promotional materials each week as directed by the Marketing Coordinator. Assists with arranging mailings to the post office and bulk mail. Assists with agency outgoing mail as directed. Assists with Marketing Coordinator with collating, copying, sorting, cutting, binding, etc. as needed. Assists with workflow of printed materials and other related work for the organization.
Hours: Part-time – up to 20 hours per pay period. Temporary position of up to 12 months. Must be available to work a shift every Monday through Friday. Work hours will be determined by agency workflow needs.
Job Specifications: Must be able to follow directions. Must be able to work well with others. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Physical Requirements: Must have the ability to lift and carry 25 pounds. Must have the ability to sit and/or stand for two hours at a time. Must be able to stoop and bend. Must have visual acuity and the ability to speak and hear clearly.
