FAQs:

Am I eligible to donate? Whole blood donors must wait 56 days between donations. Make sure you’re eligible by logging in to your CBCO account on our donor portal.

Can I donate on a different day and still get the free flick? Sorry, but we really need you to donate on December 24 or 31 in order to meet the needs of our 39 local hospitals during the Christmas and New Year holidays.

Will I still get the free flick if I donate at a mobile blood drive instead? This promotion is only for donors at our our five donor centers.

How do I join LifePoints? It’s easy! Sign up online within 7 days of donating blood, and then you will earn LifePoints for that donation plus all donations in the future.

What can I get when I redeem my LifePoints? Details are on our LifePoints page, but the quick answer is: gift cards for Andy’s Frozen Custard, Amazon, Starbucks, Dairy Queen, or Chase Visa; a groovy T-shirt; or, if you’re feeling the holiday spirit, donate your LifePoints to one of ten local non-profits that we have  partnered with in our LifePoints Lift program to help them work toward their mission of making the Ozarks an even better place to live!
