New Donor Portal Coming Soon!

Community Blood Center of the Ozarks is proud to announce that we will soon be launching a brand-new donor portal! Your new portal will come with some exciting updates, including:

  • A New App: Donors will have access to a new app on their phones, allowing them to easily see their health information and to redeem LifePoints.
  • Automatic LifePoint Accrual: With the new portal, points will accrue automatically for any donor.  When you’re ready to spend your points, simply create your donor account and log in to redeem for your rewards.
  • New Donor Reward Store Options: In addition to your traditional favorites, we’ll be adding some new options for LifePoints redemption in the store!
  • Easy Scheduling: The upgrade will make finding blood drives and scheduling appointments simpler and easier.

Check back here for updates and information regarding the new portal.

Temporary Changes During Upgrade

While we get our new donor portal up, there will be a few changes about how donors can schedule appointments, access their health information, or redeem LifePoints.

How to Schedule a Donation Appointment

During our upgrade, you can schedule an appointment through our temporary portal. You can also search for a local mobile drive to see if there’s a donation opportunity in your local community. And, as always, you can call 417-227-5006 to make an appointment.

How to Access Health Findings

If you would like to check your health information, like checking your cholesterol, blood pressure, and more, fill out our online contact form. Our team will reach out to you when we have your health information accessed.

How to Redeem LifePoints

During our upgrade, the donor store will be unavailable to donors. However, if you want to use your LifePoints to support a LifePoints Lift Charity Partner, you still can! Fill out your donation request on our LifePoints Lift Donation Page, or call 417-227-5000 for assistance.

Changes to the LifePoints Store

During this upgrade, the LifePoints Store will also be unavailable. For more information, take a look at our LifePoints Store page.

You may have other questions or concerns while your online portal is unavailable. While we transition systems, we would love to help you! Just call 417-227-5000 or fill out our general form, and we’ll make sure your questions are answered.

Donation Portal FAQs

1. When will the new Online Donor Portal be available?

We estimate the new portal will be available Fall 2024. However, this is no hard date, and we will post public updates as we near the new Online Donor Portal becoming available.

2. Will any of my past donor information be lost?

No! While the donor portal is being updated, all donor information is stored on a separate server. No information will be lost during the transition.

3. Do I still accrue LifePoints with each donation?

Yes! All donations will continue to accrue LifePoints. If you are curious about your LifePoints, you can call or email us, and we will update you with your current total.

4. Do my LifePoints still have a cap during the portal upgrade?

During transition, we will not cap LifePoint accrual, so you will continue to earn LifePoints without worrying about hitting a cap! When our new donor portal is live, the cap will return. We will communicate with donors about using their LifePoints to avoid the cap when our new donor portal is live.

5. Will my LifePoints expire during the portal upgrade?

No! Your LifePoints will not expire during the portal upgrade. You will also continue to earn LifePoints with each donation.

6. Can I use my LifePoints to support LifePoint Lift Charity Partners?

Yes! You can donate your points on our LifePoints Lift Donation Form, or you can call 417-227-5000 for assistance.

7. Can I still use my CBCO app on my mobile device?

During the upgrade, the CBCO app will not be available. When the new donor portal is available, we will have a new app to download. Check back here for the most current information.
