Quality Assurance Associate – Full-time – Springfield

Job Summary:

Assists Senior Director of Quality Assurance in coordinating, monitoring and facilitating all quality assurance/quality control activities to ensure compliance with all federal, state and local regulatory agencies.

Physical Requirements:

Requires manual dexterity and visual acuity.

Job Specifications:

Medical Technology or other technical degree and nursing or lab experience or equivalent.

Working knowledge or Microsoft Office programs, specifically: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Understand general workflow systems and equipment management used in blood banking.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Experience in Quality Assurance or auditing preferred.

Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.

Knowledge of FDA, AABB, and CLIA regulations required.
