Receptionist/Switchboard Operator
Part-time. Work 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday every other week.
Job Description: Greet and direct visitors. Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person. Perform Human Resources clerical functions.
Job Specifications:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Must be articulate and have strong telephone and communication skills.
Ability to respect confidentiality of information.
Must have computer skills and the ability to use Microsoft products.
Ability to represent CBCO in a professional manner.
Must have the ability to relay accurate messages as needed.
Previous office experience is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to operate switchboard and computer.
Ability to work and communicate well with people on all levels.
