Accountability: Executive Director
Development and management of all human resource operations and volunteer activities with the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Administers employee benefits package for organization.
Develops and administers personnel policies.
Develops and administers wage and salary scale for all employee positions.
Responsible for posting employee positions, interview job applicants and recommend prospective employees to Department Directors and Executive Director.
Coordinators and administers volunteer program with the chairman of volunteers.
Handles all personnel inquiries and reference investigations.
Assists with special projects as assigned.
Coordinates Corporate safety program.
Manages organizational insurance programs.
Related undergraduate degree.
A minimum three to five years Human Resource Management experience.
Be computer literate and willing to learn programs necessary to Human Resources functions.
Ability to relate well with people on all levels.
Requires visual acuity.
