User Support Technician
Full-time. Springfield based.
RESPONSIBLE FOR INSTALLATION AND USER SUPPORT OF ALL OFFICE AUTOMATION AND RELATED EQUIPMENT AT CBCO. REMAINS AVAILABLE TO PROVIDE FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS AND ACCURATE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE IN PERSON OR VIA PHONE TO USERS AND OTHER IT STAFF.
Must have a helpful, friendly attitude and be able to work well with others.
Good problem solving skills required and the ability to visualize a problem and solve it abstractly.
Working knowledge of Windows 7/10 and Microsoft Office applications and networking required.
A+ and Network+ certifications preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively in person and via phone.
Clean driving record required and the ability to be approved by the agency auto carrier.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Must be able to climb a ladder and run cable, bend and carry materials as required.
