Thank you for attending the 2021 Community Blood Center of the Ozarks Leadership Workshops. Please download and print (in color if possible,) the following items for use during the presentation.

Ideally, you should have one personality test for each participant. At least one workbook and brainstorming sheet for the group. Consent forms are for use as needed for your blood drives.
